Terms and Conditions
The laws that regulate the sale of tobacco in most states requires that you have reached or passed your 18th birthday. There may be other restrictions and requirements that apply. By ordering, you assert that you are qualified under all such laws that apply. Also, you agree that you are responsible for any taxes that your local laws may require.
Our products are made, packed and shipped with care. However, we have no control over the conditions a shipment may be exposed to after it leaves our hands. If the product was damaged in transit, you MUST file your claim with the carrier, not with us.
RETURN OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a tobacco purchase, please return the unused portion of your most recent purchase of that item, along with the details of your order (order number, date, customer name and shipping address), and we will issue you a full credit that can be used to purchase other tobacco products that we sell. Your return must include that order information. Any credit will be limited to the value of your most recent purchase of the item in question.
RETURN OF NON-TOBACCO PRODUCTS: If you are unsatisfied with a non-tobacco product, please contact us BEFORE you ship it back and we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and instructions on how to return the item for credit or replacement. We do NOT accept packages that do not have an appropriate RMAN.
Some products may be under the manufacturer's warranty, in which case they must be sent there.
